Please call or fax if you are interested in. Installation 1. Copy IPS Mail INIT into current System folder. 2. Install IPS Mail DA using Font/DA Mover or other utilities like Suitecase. Note: Do not mix a set of DA and INIT. Each IPS Mail has to have different serial number in the same AppleTalk network. 3. Restart your Macintosh. 4. Set IPS Mail Log folder on a startup volume. 5. Open IPS Mail from Apple menu. 6. Select Help from IPS Mail menu. 7. Define the Mail log folder from Help window and text edit setting by clicking buttons. close window by clicking Cancel button.   Click this button to define the log folder   Toggle this button to set text edit setting   Close window by clicking this button 8. Select Send Mail... from IPS Mail menu. 9. Click Mailing Address button to open Mailing Address edit window. You must use the same as AppleTalk Chooser name. Miling address is muximum of 30 addresses. When you finish, save it by clicking Save button.   Click this button to edit addresses   Next Page button   Previous Page button   Save button 10. Now you are ready to use IPS Mail. Either type the texts to send your mail or send saved file from your Mac. When the Text button is "ON," you can edit any text file from your saved one. Note: It will not send the text beyond 32K. When the Text button is "OFF," you can send any formatted file directly. However, the file name will be changed.   This button will apeair when the text is typed in or opened. When you finish editing, click this button to open Send window.   Click this button to open a text file or send any formatted file depending upon a text setting in the Help window. 11. Sellect addresses you want to send a mail and click Send Mail button.   Click this to sellect all mailing addresses   When the mailing addresses are sellected, click this to send a mail.
